Pool heating: Pool with spa heat is $95/day, and spa heat alone is $45/day if the pool is not being heated. Heat must be purchased for the duration of your stay and starts 24 hours before check-in to ensure the pool has time to warm up.
Events: Weddings, reunions, and milestone celebrations are welcome. Event fees apply for groups over 45 guests on site (150 max). Please message us first with details for approval. The event fee is waived for bookings of 7 days or more.

Yes. Overnight occupancy is capped at 45 guests.
Events with more than 45 attendees, up to 150 maximum, are allowed with prior approval and an additional event fee.
For stays of seven nights or longer, the event fee is often waived.
There is a standard three-night minimum when booking directly through the website.
Exceptions for two-night stays may be available in some cases, especially if the dates are open on Airbnb or VRBO.
A 30% deposit is required to reserve the dates.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellations made more than 120 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $285 cancellation fee and any credit card processing fees.
Cancellations within 120 days of arrival forfeit the full deposit and any additional payments.

When near full capacity, the cost typically averages about $45 to $50 per person per night, depending on season and length of stay.
Your group receives exclusive use of all 13 themed bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, the 40,000-gallon pool with lazy river and waterslides, laser maze, Clue escape room, arcade, casino suite, home theater, outdoor sports courts, and lake activities.
Included lake items are two kayaks, two canoes, and fishing gear. Linens, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, campfire areas, and basic amenities are also included.
The entire 10-acre lakefront estate is fully gated and private.
There is plenty of parking available, including overflow space, with no strict capacity limit.
No. The lake is not swimmable.
