Important Hunting Considerations:
Licenses and Permits: In addition to a hunting license, you need a specific either-sex deer permit or deer management permit.
Regulations: Always check the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) site for the most up-to-date regulations before you hunt, as rules can change annually.
Equipment: Expandable and mechanical broadheads are legal for use.
Bag Limits: Bag limits vary by county, so be sure to check the specifics for your area.

No unauthorized parties or events; unapproved events incur full event fee
Quiet hours after 10 PM per city ordinance
No smoking indoors – $200/day fine for violations
$150 fee if hot tub requires draining/cleaning due to misuse
Garage doors must remain closed and are not to be opened at any time during your stay.
Please take the trash bags to the dumpster in the front parking lot. A $100 fee will apply if trash is not disposed of properly.

The pond is mainly for fishing. It is clean but there is not a designated entry for swimming.
You are welcome to swim at the pond, but it is difficult to get in and out because you need to use the deck. We are working on upgrading the facilities.
Guests can mail a check if they do not have the Zelle option. Please allow enough time for it to arrive before check-in.
Guests can use their own caterers.

Upon arrival, both thermostats are set to a default temperature of 70°F.
If you would like it cooler, note the thermostats are set with a lower limit of 70°F and will not allow adjustments below that.
