Will young children and grade-school kids enjoy staying here?

Yes. Children of all ages love the property.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Guests arrive within a 15-minute window, typically between 3:45 and 4:00 PM, for an in-person check-in and guided tour of the estate. Alyssa handles check-in.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and dogs only.

They must be at least one year old, hypoallergenic, and have current vaccination records. An additional pet fee may apply.

Can we host events such as weddings, reunions, or private parties?

Yes. Overnight occupancy is limited to 54 guests.

Events with more than 54 attendees, up to approximately 150 maximum, are allowed with prior approval and an additional event fee.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, the event fee is often waived.

What is the minimum stay requirement?

There is a standard 3-night minimum when booking directly through the website.

Exceptions for 2-night stays may be made in some cases. Please contact us to confirm availability.

A 40% deposit is required to reserve the dates.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellations more than 120 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $285 cancellation fee and any credit card processing fees.

Yes. A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required.

What is the approximate cost per person?

When near full capacity, the cost typically averages about $45 to $55 per person per night, depending on season and length of stay.

What is included in the rental price?

Guests receive exclusive use of all 15 themed bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms, the Billiard Table Pool with lazy river and waterslide, two escape rooms, laser maze, arcade, casino suite, home theater, outdoor sports courts, giant games, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, linens, towels, and basic starter amenities.

Is the property private and how is parking?

The entire 10-acre estate is fully gated and private.

There is ample parking available, including overflow space, with no strict capacity limit.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Guests arrive within a 15-minute window, typically between 3:45 and 4:00 PM, for an in-person check-in and guided tour of the estate. Alyssa handles check-in.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and dogs only.

They must be at least one year old, hypoallergenic, and have current vaccination records. An additional pet fee may apply.

Can we host events such as weddings, reunions, or private parties?

Yes. Overnight occupancy is limited to 54 guests.

Events with more than 54 attendees, up to approximately 150 maximum, are allowed with prior approval and an additional event fee.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, the event fee is often waived.

What is the minimum stay requirement?

There is a standard 3-night minimum when booking directly through the website.

Exceptions for 2-night stays may be made in some cases. Please contact us to confirm availability.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

A 40% deposit is required to reserve the dates.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 120 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $285 cancellation fee and any credit card processing fees.

Cancellations within 120 days of arrival forfeit the full deposit and any additional payments made.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required.

What is the approximate cost per person?

When near full capacity, the cost typically averages about $45 to $55 per person per night, depending on season and length of stay.

What is included in the rental price?

Guests receive exclusive use of all 15 themed bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms, the Billiard Table Pool with lazy river and waterslide, two escape rooms, laser maze, arcade, casino suite, home theater, outdoor sports courts, giant games, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, linens, towels, and basic starter amenities.

Is the property private and how is parking?

The entire 10-acre estate is fully gated and private.

There is ample parking available, including overflow space, with no strict capacity limit.

Is there a coffee maker?

Yes. Both a Keurig machine and a standard drip coffee maker are provided.

Where is the dumpster located?

The dumpster is located outside the gate on the right as you exit the property.
