Clermont, Florida, just west of Orlando. Managed by Orlando Area Luxury Rentals, this
12 bedroom mansion sleeps up to 50 overnight guests and is designed for large family reunions,
corporate retreats, weddings, and destination events of up to 250 guests. With commercial arcade
games, a golf simulator, private theater, screened pool, watercraft access, and expansive grounds,
the Chateau is not simply a vacation rental. It is a private resort experience in Central Florida.
Lake Louisa Chateau is one of the largest private vacation estates in Central Florida,
offering 12 bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements for groups ranging from 15 to 50
overnight guests. The property combines resort-level amenities with the privacy of a
single-family estate, making it ideal for reunions, corporate retreats, sports teams,
church groups, and destination weddings.
The estate sits adjacent to Lake Louisa State Park and features a quarter-mile boardwalk
across natural wetlands where guests may hear bullfrogs at night or observe native Florida
wildlife and birds. Citrus groves with avocado, lime, lemon, orange, grapefruit and kumquat
trees add to the secluded setting. At night, guests can enjoy a theme park style laser light
show over the water, creating a one-of-a-kind lakefront atmosphere.
With four kitchens, multiple dining areas, expansive indoor living rooms, and numerous
sports courts and activity zones, the Chateau functions as a destination in itself. Guests
can move from arcade competitions to pickleball matches, from movie nights to watercraft
excursions on the Clermont chain of lakes, all without leaving the property.
Important Information: Rental agreement, security deposit and waivers
are required prior to check-in. Pool heat is $95 per day and must be purchased for the
duration of the stay, beginning 24 hours prior to arrival. On-site manager resides in
a separate home across the acreage for assistance while maintaining guest privacy.
The "Lake Louisa Chateau" sits on 54 pristine acres and is privately gated.
You can sleep UP TO 50 people but it's OK to bring less!

We're adjacent to a gorgeous state park (Lake Louisa State Park) w/ its own quiet beach.
Our estate is the perfect blend of modern luxury, entertainment, and a wildlife sanctuary (where you can listening to a choir of bullfrogs or watch exotic birds or even spot marsh wildlife from our own 1/4 mile long boardwalk!)
Use our watercraft to explore the Clermont chain of lakes. You can even go fishing, canoeing, kayaking, or paddleboarding!
Escape from the indoor fun stuff & outdoor sports courts to explore citrus grove with avacados, lime, lemon, orange, grapefruit and cumquats…
All stays include at least 2 hours' use of the pontoon boat or Craigcats. Additional rental hours on request.
The estate can sleep up to 50 guests when using the extra beds provided but it's certainly OK to come with just 15 people too! (AirBnB's *menu* has a max option selector of "16+" guests but yes, you CAN bring up to 50!)
Pool heat is $95/day. Heat must be purchased for the duration of your stay and starts 24 hours before check-in to ensure the pool has time to warm up.
